Landscape Design & Rendering Services
At Jenny’s Flowers & Landscaping, every project begins with a complimentary on-site consultation. During our visit, we’ll discuss your goals, preferences, maintenance expectations, and budget to determine the best approach for your landscape project.
Many projects can move directly from consultation to estimate and installation. For these projects, a written estimate and general plant recommendations are provided at no charge.
Some projects, however, require additional planning, custom plant selections, photo renderings, detailed layouts, and design revisions. These services require significant time behind the scenes to create a thoughtful and personalized landscape plan.
For clients requesting visual renderings, custom planting plans, or landscape design services, a Landscape Design Fee may apply.

Design Fee Policy
Landscape Design Fees are determined based on the size, scope, and complexity of each project.
Should you choose Jenny’s Flowers & Landscaping to complete your installation, your design fee will be credited toward your project contract.
If you decide not to proceed with installation through Jenny’s Flowers & Landscaping, the design fee covers the time, expertise, and design work completed on your behalf.

Creating a landscape is much more than selecting plants. Behind every rendering and design plan are hours spent evaluating the property, selecting appropriate plant material, considering mature sizes, sun exposure, deer resistance, maintenance requirements, color combinations, and overall landscape balance.
